A training and Development Program Targeted to reach 5,000 persons physically and 50,000 online. This is design to address and deal with poverty, and provide creative means of solving critical life problem. Targeted towards giving people a better life option utilizing local resources.
Bethel Life and Wealth Development Program is a community-based program aimed at empowering the disadvantaged and marginalized members of society. The program seeks to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to improve their living standards and achieve financial independence.
Objectives:
To provide education and training on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills to 100 participants.
To facilitate the establishment of 20 micro-enterprises, generating income for participants and creating job opportunities for the community.
To provide access to microfinance services to enable participants to start and grow their businesses.
To improve the health and well-being of participants through health education and access to basic health services.
To promote gender equality and social inclusion by ensuring the participation of women and marginalized groups in the program.
Activities:
Financial Literacy and Life Skills Training
Facilitation of 6 training sessions on financial literacy and life skills
Provision of training materials and resources
Coordination of sessions by experienced trainers
Entrepreneurship Training
Facilitation of 6 training sessions on entrepreneurship and business management
Provision of training materials and resources
Coordination of sessions by experienced trainers
Micro-enterprise Establishment
Identification of 20 viable business ideas
Provision of seed capital to each of the 20 selected participants
Provision of mentorship and guidance on business establishment and management
Microfinance Services
Provision of microfinance services to program participants
Facilitation of access to microfinance institutions
Provision of guidance and support in applying for microfinance loans
Health Education and Services
Facilitation of 4 health education sessions on key health issues affecting the community
Provision of basic health services such as screening and referrals to health facilities
Gender Equality and Social Inclusion
Active participation of women and marginalized groups in the program
Provision of support and resources to enable their full participation
Encouragement of community members to promote gender equality and social inclusion
